Working with Steve Sovereign to sell my late father’s home was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Steve gave us clear pricing advice based on recent comps in the area. I initially thought the suggested list price was on the high side, but I was wrong. Within a couple of days of putting the house on the market, two strong offers came in. The house quickly sold above the list price. Steve answered all of my calls and texts quickly, even on weekends. He had local contacts to assist in the final clean out and cleanup of the house. About 6 weeks or so ago, my husband and I walked into your office on a whim. The receptionist was very kind and she brought you out to speak with us. I had the idea I needed a young, inexperienced realtor who was hungry and aggressive to find us a starter home for our son. You talked with us for a few minutes and said I believe Steve Sovereign would be the right fit for you. Steve took us into a conference room and after we spoke a few minutes, I knew you were quite right. Steve was the right fit for us. He was knowledgeable, adapted to our needs, and was aggressive in a good way. I think aggressive has a bad connotation which is unfair. He texted me frequently and got us into houses quickly. We were able to purchase a home and have already closed on it. He walked us through every step of the process and I have reached out to him even after we closed with additional questions. Steve responded quickly and I consider him a valuable resource. I wanted you to know I canâ€™t say enough good things about Steve.
